- Developmental Services: Leading efforts to coordinate intake and eligibility to receive Supports Coordination services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and complex medical needs.
- Community Health Worker Program: Overseeing outreach and skill building initiatives that address social determinants of health, such as childcare, housing, and healthcare, to promote a healthy, recovery-focused lifestyle.
- Advocacy and Support: Ensuring that individuals receive high-quality services and support, safeguarding their rights and well-being.

Jay Krunszyinsky was appointed as the Executive Director at Regional Integrated Human Services (RIHS) in May 2022. With a robust background in mental health services, Jay has held roles ranging from clinician to director, overseeing the operations of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) and outpatient clinic programs. His leadership has been instrumental in the development and management of several innovative mental health initiatives, including Day Treatment, Case Management, Mental Health Crisis Residential, and Mental Health Long-term Structured Residence programs.In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jay is a published author of personal development literature, focusing on themes such as parenting and relationship healing. He co-authored The Change, part of a twelve-book series aimed at providing insights into achieving success in life. Jay holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. |

Melissa Needham serves as the Director of Administration at RIHS. Melissa is a seasoned professional with an MBA and more than 15 years of experience in the human services field. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving lives by offering strategic leadership, innovative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of individuals’ needs. With a solid foundation in both business and social services, Melissa’s expertise spans operations management, team leadership, program development, and policy formulation. Her ability to combine business acumen with a passion for social impact has been key to driving positive change in the organizations she serves. |

Amanda Jane List serves as the Developmental Services Manager at RIHS
Amanda Jane received her Bachelor’s Degree from Seton Hill University. Amanda Jane List has been working in Human Services for over twenty years. Amanda Jane has devoted her professional and personal life to advocacy of individuals who have Intellectual Disabilities/Autism as well as the growth and development of the community. Amanda Jane is a board member of several local organizations and a dedicated community servant. |

Melissa Urban serves as the Developmental Services Supervisor at RIHS. Melissa Urban is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She has dedicated her professional and personal life to working in the Social Services field and helping people with their needs. Melissa began working at Regional Integrated Human Services (RIHS) in June of 2018 as a Developmental Supports Specialist. Throughout the years that she has worked at RIHS, Melissa has been promoted twice. Her first promotion was to a Team Lead position within the Developmental Services Department. Her second promotion was to her current position of a Supervisor within the Developmental Services Department. When she is not working, Melissa loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys outdoor activities. |

Holly Klingensmith is a Certified Community Health Worker Supervisor at RIHS where she oversees a small group of Community Health Workers (CHWs) to promote health and wellness in Social Determinants of Health Areas for Westmoreland County residents. With over 15 years in the social services and countless volunteer hours working with underserved populations. Holly is dedicated to empowering individuals in our program focusing on skill building and resource connection to help them achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys watching her boys play hockey, gardening and being outdoors. |

Stephanie Duddy is the Administrative Assistant at RIHS where her colleagues have fondly nicknamed her “the glue.” Stephanie began her tenure in July 2020 as the DS Program’s Clerical Support. Currently, her time is spent completing accounts payable, working closely with the Director of Administration and Executive Director, and streamlining a wide array of agency needs. Stephanie has a diverse set of talents, knowledge, and qualities that make her an asset. Trained in Art Education, she also minored in Art Therapy at Mercyhurst University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She holds three PA Teaching Certificates; Art K-12, Middle Level Math, and 7-12 Grade English with experience in art classrooms between 2006 and 2011, prior to starting her family. During her time as a stay-at-home mom, and continuing today, she finds ways to be of use in her community through a variety of activities including volunteering to co-lead a moms of preschoolers group at her church, coaching softball for her daughters’ teams, and participating with the Elementary school PTO. |
